Note: You don’t need to travel during incorporation process if you plan to have a local company secretary. Otherwise, the foreign company secretary or one of the directors of the proposed company will need to travel.

  8. Preparing and submitting application for certificate of incentives to Tanzania Investment Centre (TIC).
